College Introduction
Under the support of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and the State Intellectual Property Office of the PR China (SIPO), Shanghai Municipal Government entrusted Tongji University to establish Shanghai International College of Intellectual Property (hereinafter: SICIP) in November 2016. SICIP is the 7th Global High-end Talent Training Base of Intellectual Property Rights, as well as the “Belt and Road” Chinese Government IPR Scholarship Program Base entrusted by the Chinese Ministry of Education (MoE) and the State Intellectual Property Office of PR China (SIPO).
SICIP now owns several research and teaching platforms including National Intellectual Property Strategy Research Base and National Intellectual Property Training Base (Shanghai) etc. and hosts three major projects supported by the National Social Science Foundation of China. SICIP also operates the Interdisciplinary Doctoral Program in Intellectual Property filed by the Ministry of Education.

Requirements
The candidate shall meet the following requirements:
Professor: possess the Doctorate Degree, work as associate professor or equivalent/ above positions in well-known universities or research institutes; host national level projects (overseas candidate must experience similar level projects); Published at least 5 high-level academic papers (as first author or corresponding author) on major journals in past five years; Under 45 years old.
Associate Professor: possess the Doctorate Degree, work as lecturer or assistant professor or equivalent / above positions in well-known universities or research institutes or have complete Postdoctoral experience; host provincial level projects (overseas candidate must experience similar level projects); published at least 3 high-level academic papers (as first author or corresponding author) on major journals in past five years; Under 40 years old.
Assistant Professor: Doctorate Degree or complete Post-doctoral graduates from well-known universities or research institutes, who have strong academic development potential, and who have potential to be admitted to Tongji University Talented Youth Program and the National Talented Youth Program; At least two years of oversea work or study experience in relevant area; proficient to teach in English; Under 35 years old.

Salary
1) Professor: 32,000-40,000RMB per year;
2) Associate Professor: 23,000-27,000 RMB per year;
3) Assistant Professor: 15,000-18,000 RMB per year;
